All my hats and jewelry are shipped US ground at no cost to you. The shipping can be up grated for faster delivery at your expense.  Painting's  shipped at buyer expense.  A 30 day return policy buyer will receive a full credit or refund as buyer pays for return shipping.  All item most be returned with no damage or of wear and tear.  No return and no credit after 30 days. Please note my hats are of old vintage to modern jewelry, carefully put together and I recommend the hats be handle with care for long enjoyment.  If for any reason you wish for me to repair, replace jewelry on hats or purchase jewelry. A reasonable service fee will be charge to the customer as I would be happy to assist in your request if the items allows me to make the repair or adjustment. The customer will pay for the item to be shipped back for their request.  Paintings will be assist with special instruction base on the item
